Taking advantage of an old parking lot, this extension consists of a small building that was conceived to provide a better service to the activities carried out throughout the complex.

With its three levels, on the ground floor there is a fully functional machine room organized by services, on the first level there is  I relocate the old kitchen and the management office, the second level is a  space  opened  with full bathroom  which  Mixed-use activities could be carried out, the last level being a recreational area with a terrace and a magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean.
