Located in Baja California, this residence has everything from a tennis court to its own party room.

Within a two-hectare plot of land, this project was carried out with a total built area of 2,500m2. Due to the geographical characteristics of the land, since it is located in a mountainous area, several platforms had to be built in order to generate the spaces in each of them. , where  on the first platform the house is unplanted, the second a large garden area that gives access to the ballroom space and which in turn is buried in the ground, on the third platform the tennis court and a road that goes down to the foot of the mountain.

Its main structure is made of steel, while 90% of the walls are made of 12" thick foam block, which helps to always keep the house at a good temperature.

Its contemporary style interior and wide open spaces give this residence a feeling of being in a grand restaurant, with details on the walls,  floors and furniture in Walnut wood, Granite, Natural Stones, no element in each space was left to chance.
